Terms & Conditions

1. This competition/prize draw is organised by Epoq IT, Unit 9 Anglo Office Park, Lincoln Road, Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe HP12 3RH. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
2. This competition is open to all businesses with 10 – 200 staff with an office within a 30-mile radius of the High Wycombe post code HP12 3RH.
3. No purchase is necessary for entry. To enter, answer the questions on the form. All entries must be received by 18.00 on 24th December 2020. No entries received after this date, or entries that are incomplete will be considered
4. The winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries. The draw will take place on or before 10 January 2021.
5. The winner will be notified by post or telephone shortly after 10 January 2021. Failure to claim a prize within 14 days may result in disqualification and selection of a new winner.
6. The organiser reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
7. Time with an Epoq-IT consultant must be booked and completed within 3 calendar months of the prize being awarded.
8. The organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The organiser will process the personal data of all entrants in accordance with GDPR data processing requirements and will not disclose the personal data to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. The winner accepts that the organiser may disclose their names to the public.
10. The winner may be asked to take part in publicity and the organiser reserves the right to use the company name and location of the winner and related photographs in any publicity.
