Epoq IT Appoints New Head of Innovation for IT Service Management

As part of Epoq’s commitment to provide exceptional IT services, we are delighted to  announce Andrew Williams’ promotion to Head of Innovation.

 This newly created role will ensure we continue to deliver the right advice and solutions to our clients as we enter a world of digital transformation and cyber resilience.

Known to many as Drew, during his 2.5 years as Technical Consultant with the Company, he has made some incredible improvements to the way we use our own systems, build workstations, maintain our client’s infrastructure and design and communicate solutions to our customers amongst many other achievements.

Holding senior positions in sectors such as Formula 1 Racing, public relations and home automation during the last 2 decades, Drew has seen how the environment constantly evolves and more recently, at a much greater pace than we’ve ever seen before. His fervour for designing and delivering IT service management projects that use the best in class platforms available today, and built with the potential for expansion, development and integration in the future, gives Epoq IT and our clients the assurance that any technological investment is not going to be outdated in 18 months time.

Drew’s new role allows him to further focus and build upon his accomplishments in the areas of artificial intelligence and automation as well as increasing R&D activities, product development, consultancy services, business intelligence and bringing the benefits of his innovations to Epoq and our clients.
