Global Pharmaceutical Company

A large pharmaceutical whose EMEA operations are headed up in sites in Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, benefit from two very different services provided by Epoq IT.  We have been able to call upon our specific pharma experience to provide documentation support to several IT projects currently being managed by the customers extensive IT department.  Many of the documents adhere to the relevant, GxP standards and all of them are written to the very high standard that is required in this, heavily regulated industry.

Epoq IT has also been able to provide short and medium term Helpdesk resource to cover and supplement the internal IT Helpdesk team.  The Epoq IT engineers on site have successfully provided support at all levels, along with project support and documentation.

UK Market Leader in Catering Equipment

After almost 5 years of supporting this rapidly expanding catering equipment company, Epoq IT has seen this client develop from a single-site operation, with a small business server into a multi-site organisation, running Terminal Services on remote sites across a Wide Area Network.  The headquarters, in London now sports a fully air-conditioned Comms Room housing: two load-balanced Terminal Services Servers, a file server, an Exchange mail server and a SQL database server.  All of the server hardware and networking equipment is fully managed by the Support Team at Epoq IT who have project managed the solution from conception to completion.

In addition to the success of the London project, a large depot in the Midlands and two smaller sites in Yorkshire and Scotland have been kitted out, by Epoq IT, with telecoms and network cabling, hardware and WAN links to the London headquarters.

The success of these site installations means that Epoq IT are able to easily and efficiently provide a fully managed support solution covering all of the customer sites.  A dedicated team of support analysts are on hand to provide effective remote and onsite support.

Large Electronics Reseller

Epoq IT have enjoyed a long and evolving relationship with this successful supplier to the Military, Aerospace and Commercial Electronics marketplace.  The customer’s technological growth has been immeasurable. 

The relationship began when Epoq IT were drafted in to manage a migration from a Microsoft NT 4.0 Server to a Microsoft 2000 Small Business Server.  The relationship continues and Epoq IT have also designed and implemented a new network, running a Microsoft 2003 file server, an Exchange mail server, a SQL Database and also a Terminal Services server which runs a small remote office in the USA.

Epoq IT regularly supplies dedicated support staff for both desk side support and network maintenance such as the monitoring and patching of the network and server hardware.
