All Inclusive Support

Cover all your IT needs at one flat rate, with no extras or hidden costs. Our all-inclusive customers benefit from all of the above items PLUS all onsite visits (within working hours) at an agreed response time e.g. 4 hours, 8 hours etc.

Remote Email and Telephone Support

Many IT problems and queries can be managed without a site visit being necessary. With that in mind, we offer a remote support contract, which allows you unlimited telephone and email support. And if at any stage a site visit was necessary, you also have access to a pool of skilled engineers who already know your business requirements.

  • Access to pool of onsite engineers (chargeable per hour) who know your site and requirements

Ad-Hoc Support

Ideal for small businesses with fewer IT needs, our ad-hoc support does not tie you into a contract. When you need us, call us and we'll arrange a visit to deal with your IT fault or request; and you only pay for the support you need.

Hardware Support
