Data Restore and Recovery

If you are unlucky enough to have experienced loss of data, call us to discuss your recovery options.

As part of any of our Support Services, we monitor your backups and provide day to day data restores inclusively.

Please note that data restores and disaster recovery are different. An example of a data restore is restoring a deleted file or folder from your File Server. An example of disaster recovery is fully restoring a server which has been lost due to a fire or a power spike, for example.

Disaster Recovery Planning and Implementation

Disaster recovery is important to any business, any size. It may be more important for a larger business to have fully documented and tested procedures in the event of a disaster, but it vital for a small business to have some sort of plan. After all, a small business is probably MORE reliant upon LESS equipment than a large business. Everything you need to run a small business is probably all contained on a single server.

It's not just fire or flood which constitutes an IT disaster; there are also the hazards of equipment failure and human error. In most cases good backup procedures save the day, but not always.

Epoq IT has the necessary skills, experience and passion for IT to analyse your disaster recovery requirements and suggest appropriate solutions and steps that can be taken, within a range of budgets, to will help lessen the time to recover or even mitigate risks altogether.
